Kristen Reaves, Registered Dietitian

Kristen ReavesKristen Reaves is a REGISTERED DIETITIAN representing Kinesiologists.ca in Vancouver. She received her Undergraduate degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition at Washington State University in Pullman, Washington and completed her internship in Seattle, Washington. She began to work at the Pro Sports Club in Bellevue, Washington, which facilitates the most successful weight loss program in the United States. There she counseled a wide variety of clients interested in achieving their personal health and fitness goals through healthy eating habits and physical activity. In addition, she led a children's weight loss program where she has given lifelong tools to enable a healthy family dynamic that make nutrition fun and educational. Her fitness background has given her a strong interest for sports nutrition and enjoys educating active individuals on the importance of combining diet and exercise to achieve maximum results.

Since moving to Canada Kristen has worked with The GreenBody conducting online videos and writing nutrition related articles for their website and the Fitlist Catalog. Kristen joined the Kinesiologist.ca team where she counsels clients working with active rehabilitation, personal training, sport specific training, sports nutrition, and clients who want to feel better from the inside out improving their lifestyle with healthy eating. She conducts seminars discussing various topics from sports nutrition, staying on plan on vacations, dining out, holiday eating, and healthy family dynamics just to name a few.

Kristen provides nutrition counseling specializing in sports nutrition, weight loss, muscle gain, diabetes, high blood pressure, weight maintenance, and overall healthy lifestyles.

Kristen offers her clients many services to reach their potential in the most efficient and complete way possible. Depending on the client's needs and goals, she offers her clients the following:
