This hands-on, in-class BCRPA Approved Older Adult (Senior Fitness) course is offered over 2 days (Saturday/Sunday 8:30am-4:00pm) at the KINESIOLOGISTS.CA STUDIO (#103 – 17665-66A Avenue, Surrey).
- This BCRPA approved Older Adult Leadership course guides you through such areas as providing initial health screening, program design, choosing appropriate equipment, and creating a professional environment.
- The ACE Coaching Senior Fitness is NOT included in course cost, but highly recommended (link to purchase: https://www.acefitness.org/acestore/p-1251-senior-fitness-manual.aspx). You will have the option to purchase an e-version or hardcopy or both. This manual is not required to pass the course.
- Written BCRPA exam and Older Adult ICE are not included in the course price.
