Description
This workshop is a part of the Knowledge Review Series of pre-approved workshops through BCRPA. This workshop reviews, in a easy to follow format, determines who should focus on functional fitness. Trainers tend to focus on building strength and making body compositional changes as opposed to getting the client to being able to move better. Often, those with poor functional fitness find themselves getting injured on a regular basis after 1-2 months training. Likely, the client is not moving well and needs to address their basic movement patterns in their program first to decrease the overall risk of training injuries.
