personal trainerMonika’s strength is her passion for outdoor and endurance sports—when not running on a trail or swimming in the ocean, she is preparing for marathon races and Ironman 70.3 events. Having come to both those sports later in life, Monika specialized in teaching bootcamps and yoga as she loves motivating individuals of all age groups and fitness levels to discover their potential and, ultimately, help them achieve their goals. Her philosophy of life reflects her enthusiasm for physical fitness and health: while it is sure that none of us is getting any younger, we can only get wiser and more active!
